On May 24, 2018, the Diablo Canyon Decommissioning Engagement Panel approved the initial Charter.

The Panel hosted a public meeting on June 12, 2019 to review the Panel’s performance over the past year.  The Panel also discussed proposed changes to the Charter and solicited public comment on the proposed changes.  On January 27, 2020, the Panel officially adopted the revised Charter.
